My work day is usually so jam-packed, I rarely find time to eat! When I get home, I am starving and typically craving something salty or sweet. These are three healthy plant based snack options that I find myself making over and over. They are all nutrient dense - tons of colors and healthy carbs, fats, and protein! All three keep me satisfied and full until dinner.
