raw vegan energy balls
1 cup nuts
11/2 cups medjool dates
1/4 cup cacao powder
1/2 tbsp vanilla bean powder
1/2 tbsp cinnamon
To a food processor place your choice of nuts and process until they resemble course crumbs. Add in the medjool dates, cacao powder, vanilla bean powder, and cinnamon. Process until a thick dough ball form. When you squeeze the dough between your fingers it should stick together.
Simply roll the dough into balls and roll them into each topping. For the toppings you can use hemp seeds, chia seeds, or desiccated coconut but of course, you can use whatever you desire as the possibilities are endless!
