In this video I show you how to make a yummy and filling vegan omellete that is of course plantbased, oil free, and easy. You can see the recipe below and additional links. I lost 46 lbs in 11 months when I switched to a high starch, low fat plant based diet. I read the book "The Starch Solution" by Dr. John Mcdougall and it has forever changed my life. Not only did I lose 40 lbs but I also got rid of cystic acne, bad blood pressure, prediabetes, and bad cholesterol. I also had many female health issues going on that completely reversed after eating this way. Im sharing my journey and how I did it.

vegan omelette:
1 cup chickpea flour
1/2 tsp salt
1/2 tsp garlic powder
1/8 tsp turmeric powder
1 cup water
mix ingredients into a runny batter. pour 1/4-1/3 cup of batter at a time on hot non stick skillet. cook for 2 minutes then flip and cook for another 2 minutes. Stuff with you favorite and veggies and top with vegan cheese sauce and salsa!
